Real Estate Financing/Tax Credit Associate

The candidate must have 4-6 years of experience in real estate finance or lending transactions representing financial institutions and/or developers. Experience is preferred in projects supported by Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits and New Market Tax Credits. Ideal associate must have strong academic credentials and work ethic, solid organizational skills, as well as the ability to establish client and peer relationships in a collaborative culture. Candidates must be must be licensed, or be willing to seek licensure, in their resident-office jurisdiction.
