• Represent clients in pre-trial, trial, and appellate proceedings in federal and state courts.
• Participate in administrative litigation, grand jury investigations, and arbitrations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and engage directly with clients to develop and execute case strategies.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in complex commercial and business litigation.
• Strong legal writing skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to conduct in-depth legal research.
• Exceptional oral communication and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar of New Jersey and licensed to practice in New Jersey.
