Location

Duties

• Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination

• Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, and during mediations and arbitrations

• Handle employment matters including class/collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, employment torts, contract disputes, and non-compete cases

• Advise and counsel employers on labor and employment law compliance

• Conduct training for clients on employment law issues and risk mitigation

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, preferably in employment law

• Admitted to the Virginia Bar and in good standing

• Familiarity with federal and state agency procedures

• Strong litigation and advocacy skills

• Ability to manage multiple complex cases efficiently

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

• Excellent academic credentials

Certifications

• Active Virginia Bar membership (required)
