Duties & Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, and domestic violence.
• Offer legal advice and counsel to clients throughout their cases.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Negotiate settlements and seek amicable resolutions in family law disputes.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships to ensure top-notch service.
• Attend hearings, trials, and other court proceedings on behalf of clients.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar.
• Prior experience working in a law office environment is preferred.
• Strong legal drafting and research skills.
• Knowledge of family law is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team setting.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• New Jersey State Bar License.
