Location:

• Austin, TX

Duties:

• Handle appellate matters and litigation support for complex legal issues

• Collaborate with nationally recognized appellate attorneys on high-level legal strategy

• Conduct legal research, draft briefs, and prepare appellate filings

• Participate in mentorship and professional development initiatives within the firm

• Contribute to a positive and inclusive office culture

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience (appellate or general liability preferred)

• Demonstrated record of professional stability and strong references

• Must be an active member of the Texas State Bar in good standing

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admittance to the Texas Bar

Skills:

• Strong analytical, legal research, and writing skills

• Clear and persuasive communication, both written and oral

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Desire to specialize and grow within appellate law
