The candidate focuses on serving the needs of the academic and corporate clients working in advanced technology areas, including the areas of machine learning, signal processing/control systems, and computer engineering (parallel processing and database systems). Should be experienced in preparing and prosecuting electrical, computer, and software-related applications. Must have 3-5 years of relevant patent prosecution experience with skills in portfolio development and client counseling a plus; a B.S. or preferably an advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a related field; a current USPTO registration; strong writing and verbal skills.
