Duties

• Proficiency in responding to CBP Form 4647 and CBP 28/29 & protests.
• Knowledge of prior disclosures and HTS classification.
• Experience with binding ruling request submissions.
• Familiarity with CTPAT and FTZ/bonded warehouse applications.

Education

• JD Degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Member in good standing in any state Bar.
