As a Commercial Real Estate Transactional Attorney, your role will be pivotal in a fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for drafting and managing complex leases with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will extend to providing legal support for lease/leasing-related matters, including lease modifications and amendments. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation and negotiation of various commercial lease agreements, amendments, subleases, and assignments.

The ideal candidate for this position should have 5+ years of experience in commercial lease transactions, with a comprehensive understanding of both landlord and tenant perspectives, including retail, industrial, and office properties of all sizes. A JD from an accredited law school and active membership in the New York Bar is essential. Your excellent analytical and communication skills will be highly valued in this role.
