San Diego office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an employment and labor attorney preferably with 3-5 years of broad experience and sophistication in both employment litigation and employment counseling, with developing expertise in California employment law and complex litigation practice, including class and representative actions. The candidate must have experience in case development, legal research and writing, all aspects of discovery, witness interviews or investigations, and brief writing. Should have strong academic credentials, exceptional communication and legal writing skills, a high level of motivation and initiative, and a strong work ethic. Current admittance to the California Bar is required.
