A law firm is seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Pre-Litigation and Litigation Lawyer for its Las Vegas, NV location. The Lawyer will primarily handle prelitigation cases in the realm of plaintiff personal injury. Bar admission is required, and the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in plaintiff or defense personal injury matters.

Duties:

• Manage prelitigation cases related to plaintiff personal injury
• Conduct legal research and analysis pertaining to prelitigation matters
• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders
• Draft demand letters and negotiate settlements
• Assist in preparing cases for litigation, if necessary
• Collaborate with other team members to strategize case approaches
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation

Requirements:

• Bar admission
• 1+ years of experience in plaintiff or defense personal injury
• Knowledge of personal injury laws and regulations
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and organizational skills

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
