Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• Proven experience in public company reporting obligations, SEC compliance, and corporate governance.
• Strong understanding of debt and equity markets transactions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.

Education:
