The candidate will assist attorneys in preparation and prosecution of biotechnology-related patent applications. Perform various tasks related to patent prosecution including: all aspects of preparing and prosecuting patent applications; and arranging for patentability, state-of-the-art, infringement, and validity searches. Technical Specialists will prepare and prosecute patent applications in a wide variety of technologies in the biotechnology field.
