The candidate should have Bachelor's degree, PLUS 1 year of professional experience in Child Support Enforcement, accounting, or social work, PLUS 2 years of professional experience in Child Support Enforcement OR, A Master's Degree, Juris Doctorate Degree, or Associates degree in legal assistance plus 2 years of professional child support enforcement experience. This is the supervisory level. Will supervise lower level CSS staff. Mentor CSS III by providing case consultation, advising and training of child support case work and interpretation of laws, regulations, policies and procedures. Duties may include preparation of the weekly district court and administrative dockets, time/leave issues,assigning case load and ensuring compliance with child support laws.
