Job Overview:
A leading law firm is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Attorney to join its Litigation Technology and Information Governance team. This non-partnership track position involves overseeing the full scope of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) within high-stakes litigation. The role offers a dynamic opportunity for attorneys who can manage multiple eDiscovery projects, liaise with stakeholders across legal teams, and maintain excellence under tight deadlines. Candidates must be licensed to practice in their state and will operate in a hybrid work environment from any of the firm's listed office locations.

Duties:
Handle eDiscovery strategy and execution on complex litigation matters
Supervise project implementation to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
Draft and negotiate discovery-related protocols, orders, and agreements
Serve as a central contact for attorneys, clients, and partners regarding project status and strategy
Collaborate with clients and vendors on data identification, preservation, and collection
Develop cost estimates and review budgets, forecasts, and invoices
Design and manage document review workflows, including quality control procedures
Oversee document productions to ensure compliance and completeness
Train and mentor review attorneys to ensure high-quality, consistent work output
Contribute to a collaborative, productive, and positive team environment
Requirements:
3–5 years of eDiscovery experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or government setting
Ability to manage large, multi-dimensional litigation support projects
Licensed and in good standing in the jurisdiction where practicing
Availability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) or LL.M. from an accredited institution
Certifications:
Active Bar admission in relevant U.S. state required
Skills:
Excellent legal writing, communication, and analytical skills
Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and solve problems independently
Conceptual and strategic thinking skills
Familiarity with eDiscovery platforms and legal technology tools
