Mid- to Senior-Level Health Care Regulatory Associate
The candidate will focus in areas that include health care audits, investigations, and reimbursement issues; payor contract and relationship management; and health care transactions and formations on behalf of clients in the pharmaceutical industry located throughout the United States, including pharmacies, wholesalers, manufacturers, and other clients. Experience with pharmacy benefit managers and government regulators is a plus. Should be licensed to practice law in New York State.
