The successful candidate will be a key player in providing legal expertise, counsel, and strategic guidance to the firm's clients, contributing to the growth and success of the business law practice.

Duties:

• Manage and handle various legal matters within the Business Law practice area.
• Provide legal counsel and advice to clients on business-related issues, contracts, and transactions.
• Conduct legal research and stay abreast of developments in business law.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and court proceedings as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an attorney with a focus on Business Law.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar in Pennsylvania.
