• Negotiate settlements to maximize client recovery.
• Provide clear counsel to clients throughout the legal process.
• Oversee and support legal assistants and case management staff.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience managing a diverse caseload is preferred.
• Leadership skills to guide support staff.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
