Legal Secretary/Assistant
The candidates must have at least one (1) year of Legal Secretary/Assistant experience. Preferably working with two (2) or more Attorneys. Experience in Insurance Defense is a plus. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe. Knowledge of online court filings (in both state and federal court is a plus). Needs to have knowledge of calendaring court deadlines pursuant to court orders and general pleadings like Trial Orders, Court Hearings, Depositions, and other pleadings that require a calendar deadline. Be highly organized and have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Must have the ability to work independently.
