The role focuses on enhancing the delivery of legal services through innovative practices in the Finance business units, collaborating across various departments and reporting to the Global Head of Practice Innovation.

Duties

  • Lead efforts to optimize client service delivery and increase efficiencies in Finance business units.
  • Develop and maintain precedent libraries and organize deal documents.
  • Identify and integrate relevant practice content into workflows.
  • Support projects to improve client-facing solutions and streamline legal services.
  • Lead digitalization projects, including automation and data capture.
  • Oversee training curriculum and knowledge sharing initiatives.
  • Integrate AI into legal practices to enhance service delivery.
  • Evaluate and improve legal service delivery through data analysis and market trends.
  • Educate legal professionals on practice content and technology initiatives.
  • Develop case studies and resources for business development.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited institution and admission to practice in a US jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of four years of experience as a Finance attorney in a large law firm.
  • Strong communication skills to present complex ideas clearly.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle diverse situations.
  • Familiarity with legal technology and AI applications.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.

Education

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited university or college.
