A law firm seeks a team-oriented associate to join its Employee Benefits group in Denver, Colorado. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in handling ERISA, employee benefit, and executive compensation matters.

Duties

• Design and draft defined contribution and benefit plans.
• Provide support for employee stock ownership and welfare plans.
• Assist with executive compensation programs.
• Offer merger and acquisition support.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
• Strong oral, research, and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient project management skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Colorado preferred.

• Broad understanding of ERISA, tax, and related laws.
