Proficient in SoftPro, Qualia, MS Word, use of internet, knowledge of ProLaw beneficial. Reliable with flexible schedule if needed to complete closings required. Interacts well with clients, agents, lenders, attorneys and opposing counsel required. Good planning skills, able to anticipate and fulfill closing requirements ahead of time required. Strong attention to detail required. Good communication and record keeping skills required.
