Duties

• Update clients regarding case developments.
• Maintain rapport with clients by addressing their needs.
• Work with legal assistants, monitor case progress, and draft legal documents.
• Make court appearances remotely and across Connecticut.
• Write, review, and edit reports and legal documents for compliance.
• Take on new responsibilities and learn the foreclosure process.

Requirements

• Strong character and positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently.
• Membership in the State Bar of Connecticut required.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Membership in the State Bar of Connecticut.

Skills

• Motivated self-starter with the ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of Microsoft Teams is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
