Duties:

• Manage legal matters independently across two or more of the following areas:

  • Probate and estate administration

  • Real estate transactions and related advisory

  • Business formation, governance, and contracts

  • Guardianships and conservatorships

• Draft, review, and file legal documentation with precision

• Conduct client consultations and maintain ongoing communications

• Collaborate with legal assistants and staff for efficient workflow

• Represent clients in negotiations and proceedings when required

• Contribute to team-wide legal strategy and knowledge-sharing

• Maintain accurate time entries and adhere to productivity expectations

Requirements:

• Legal practice with substantial experience in at least two relevant practice areas

• Proven ability to manage a caseload independently

• Strong client service orientation and interpersonal communication skills

• Highly organized and capable of working in a deadline-driven environment

• Proficiency with legal software and digital case management tools

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the State of Iowa

• In good standing with the Iowa State Bar
