The candidates must have a well-rounded understanding of all aspects of business immigration law including, but not limited to H-1B, L-1, E-2, and other employer-sponsored petitions and applications, and experience working with a clients in a variety of industries in obtaining and maintaining U.S. nonimmigrant and immigrant status for employees and in designing and advising on immigration compliance systems.The candidate must have a strong academic record, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with a team, superior judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action. Must have a minimum of five years of experience. Ideally this position will be a full-time contract attorney, although we will consider.
