Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level Associate to join their Finance & Banking Practice Group in Virginia Beach, VA. The candidate will work within the Corporate Trust Subgroup, focusing on structured finance and representing trustees and/or collateral agents.

Duties

• Represent trustees and/or collateral agents in structured finance transactions.
• Provide legal advice and support on structured finance matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver high-quality legal services.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in structured finance.
• Background in representing trustees and/or collateral agents preferred.
• Licensed and in good standing in the state of practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• State Bar admission.

Skills

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
