A law firm based in Boston is seeking a Litigation Family Law Attorney to effectively manage family law cases, provide exceptional client service, and contribute to practice development.

Duties:

• Proactively manage family law cases from inception to resolution
• Provide superior customer service, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews
• Make improvement recommendations to practice managers for enhanced efficiency
• Utilize practice quality software to track accomplishments and client satisfaction metrics

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university
• Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt
• Preferably possess 1st chair experience in family law
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Massachusetts
• Ability to quickly learn new technical programs and software

Experience:

1-2 years of litigation experience

Education:

Juris Doctorate from an accredited university

Certifications:

Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organizational skills
