Duties:

• Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.

• Manage case files from inception through resolution, ensuring timely and accurate filings.

• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials, working directly with senior attorneys.

• Collaborate with clients, experts, and other stakeholders to develop case strategies.

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation.

• Provide high-quality legal counsel to clients on litigation strategies and outcomes.

• Work with a team of attorneys to prepare for trials, mediations, and settlement negotiations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.

• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.

• Proven experience handling discovery, depositions, and motions.

• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar in Illinois.
