A prominent law firm in Dallas, TX, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Trial Attorney to lead litigation in high-volume personal injury cases, particularly those involving premises liability. This role offers an opportunity to handle impactful cases from inception through trial, supported by a seasoned legal team and innovative technology resources. Ideal candidates bring courtroom confidence, a strategic mindset, and a commitment to delivering justice for injured individuals.
Manage a dynamic caseload of approximately 150 personal injury matters, including around 50 active litigation files monthly
Serve as lead in trials, handling all aspects from discovery through jury verdicts
Engage directly with clients to maintain transparent communication throughout the litigation process
Develop legal strategies tailored to the facts and legal issues of each case
Draft and respond to motions, conduct depositions, and represent clients in mediations
Coordinate with case managers and paralegals to ensure effective case progression
Minimum 3 years of litigation experience in personal injury or civil matters; 5-8 years preferred
At least 5 first-chair jury trial verdicts required; 10+ strongly preferred
Current licensure and good standing with the Texas State Bar
Multistate licensure is considered an advantage
Demonstrated knowledge of civil procedure and evidence rules
Client-first approach, with strong advocacy and litigation skills
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active Texas Bar admission
Additional State Bar memberships preferred
Confident trial presence and ability to lead litigation strategy
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong organizational skills to manage high caseloads
Technological adaptability, especially in leveraging legal tech solutions
