Duties

• Advise case teams on discovery phases from preservation to production.
• Collaborate with attorneys and technologists to manage eDiscovery workflows.
• Oversee quality of work and deliverables for associated team members.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in eDiscovery processes.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in discovery and eDiscovery processes.
• Licensed and in good standing in the state of practice.
• In-depth knowledge of eDiscovery laws and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex concepts.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the practicing state.

Skills

• Fluency with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Expertise with Relativity preferred.
