Burlingame office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a litigation attorney with 3-5 years of law and motion experience. The candidate will focus on research and writing but will also be expected to assist the team with all phases of litigation, including drafting of pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation. Experience drafting and responding to discovery and pre-trial motions, including discovery motions, motions for summary judgment, demurrers/motions to dismiss, and motions in limine in California and Federal Courts is required. Judicial clerkship experience is preferred. Must be in current good standing with the California State Bar.
