Duties

• Engage in discovery, including depositions, interrogatories, and document reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in workers' compensation defense.
• Proven ability to manage a heavy caseload effectively and independently.

• Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills.
• Native or fluent Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply.

Education
