Duties

• Collaborate with the legal team to develop litigation strategies.

• Conduct depositions and gather critical case information.

Requirements

• Experience specializing in or focusing on Civil RICO fraud cases.
• Former prosecutor or federal defense attorney encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in legal research and case strategy development.
• Understanding of US court procedures and practices.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree.
