The candidate should preferably have extensive experience representing institutional and non-institutional lenders in sophisticated loan transactions, including equipment & transportation, real estate lending, ABL, syndications, Mezz loans, and unsecured credit facilities secured by Real Estate. Experience structuring and negotiating business combinations and transactions, including familiarity with not-for-profit corporate matters and transactions is a plus.
