Duties:

• Manage all aspects of personal injury cases from sign-up through the pre-litigation process or from the initiation of a lawsuit through trial assistance.
• Handle client interactions, including consultations and case updates.
• Conduct legal research and analysis relevant to cases.
• Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Work with experts, including medical professionals, to strengthen case positions.
• Represent clients in negotiations and court hearings.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure effective case management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury or defense law.
• Proven experience in handling pre-litigation or litigation processes.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Team-oriented with a commitment to client-focused outcomes.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.

Skills:

• Expertise in personal injury or defense law.
