Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in Private Equity and M&A.
• Experience at an AmLaw 100 or 200 firm preferred.

• Exceptional writing and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with design thinking and legal technology is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.
