Duties

• Attend trials and hearings.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Travel throughout New York as needed.
• Participate in hearings, mediations, and other duties as assigned.
• Assist with special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 4 years of litigation/courtroom experience.
• Foreclosure experience preferred.
• Member of the New York Bar with necessary licensing and continuing education.
• Proficient in drafting legal documents and correspondence.
• Proficiency with Fastcase or Westlaw.
