Duties:

• Represent clients in insurance defense matters, including court proceedings, depositions, and mediations.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies in collaboration with clients.
• Draft and review legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Manage case files and meet deadlines with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and colleagues.
• Utilize legal technology and software for timekeeping, billing, and case management.

Requirements:

• Active license in good standing with The Florida Bar.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality legal work and advocacy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal technology tools.
• Experience in litigation, including court proceedings, depositions, and mediations.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to The Florida Bar in good standing.

Skills:

• Expertise in insurance defense litigation.
