The candidate will collaborate closely with other members of the legal team located in St. Louis, Philadelphia, Chicago & Atlanta to implement enterprise-wide, accepted approaches to managing contract and other risks. Collaborate closely with project managers and leaders to understand business objectives when negotiating agreements. Collaborate with and advise members of the safety, finance, IT, and HR teams. Review, draft, and negotiate various construction and other contracts. Manage, maintain, and coordinate all documentation related to construction contracts. Assess and mitigate ARCO’s risk and provide suggestions to leadership. Maintain and grow relationships with vendors and title companies. Assist Operations and Leadership in problem-solving and managing risk. Multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environment. Should be licensed Attorney with 5-10 years of experience. Experience in a construction organization or firm is preferred.
