Duties

• Manage a mixed caseload of pre-litigation and litigation personal injury cases.
• Take ownership of cases from start to finish, including demands, filings, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Draft demands, pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Conduct and defend depositions, mediations, and hearings.
• Collaborate on case strategy with senior attorneys, ensuring client-centered representation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, insurance adjusters, and medical providers.
• Ensure thorough file management and compliance with deadlines.

Requirements

• 2 - 6 years of experience in personal injury law, with exposure to pre-litigation and litigation.
• Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and case management abilities.
• Ability to balance empathy for clients with strong courtroom presence.
• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Georgia.
