• Court Representation:

  • Argue motions effectively in court.

• Case Management:

  • Develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.

• Document Preparation and Review:

  • Draft and review pleadings, discovery documents, motions, briefs, and other legal correspondence.
  • Prepare case summaries and status reports.

• Client Interaction and Communication:

  • Maintain effective communication with clients to provide updates and obtain necessary information.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent and clear communication.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in insurance defense or personal injury litigation.
• Proven ability to handle depositions, court appearances, and argue motions effectively.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently and effectively.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
