Location:

Duties:

• Advise clients on corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring

• Draft and negotiate business agreements and legal documents

• Provide counsel on general corporate matters and regulatory compliance

• Assist in business succession planning

• Conduct legal research and risk analysis

• Work directly with clients and senior attorneys on transactional matters

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation related to all client work

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience handling corporate transactional matters

• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and meet deadlines

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality legal service

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based legal environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania

Skills:

• Broad knowledge of general corporate law

• Proficiency in legal drafting, negotiation, and transactional analysis

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
