Business Development Coordinator
The candidate supports the Chief Growth Officer, Business Development Senior Manager and Business Development Manager to drive the firm’s Client Team and Industry Team programs – Reporting on the programs progress weekly. Supports teams through the development and execution of business development and marketing plans. Maintains a strong working relationship and high-level of interaction with team leaders and members. Works with team leaders and members to identify business development opportunities through cross-selling or introduction of new attorneys to the team. Helps identify and execute on concrete actions discussed during meetings. Seeks opportunities to increase the Firm’s brand awareness in specific industries and practice areas within and outside of the Firm maximize knowledge of the competitive differentiation. Maintains a solid understanding of client and industry news, developments and trends, and shares these updates regularly with teams. Recordkeeping for all client and industry team related sponsorships, presentations, and other activities, presenting these opportunities to department leadership regularly. Provides research support for business development initiatives and recording initiatives in the Firm’s CRM system. Supports the Chief Growth Officer with the Firm’s Client CultivATion program. Performs special business development projects and general administrative duties. High school diploma or equivalent experience is required. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related discipline is preferred. Previous law firm marketing or business development experience is preferred.
