Duties

• Handle client escalations related to medical treatment or investigations.

Requirements

• Minimum three years of experience in personal injury pre-litigation.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Ability to organize and manage others in a team environment.
• Full-time, in-person position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active California Bar license.
