Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial consultations with potential new clients to evaluate the intricacies of their cases.
• Perform thorough assessments of new cases to determine legal standing and strategic approaches.
• Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries to maintain high standards of client service.
• Attend and actively participate in global settlement conferences.
• Approve and oversee funding requests related to legal proceedings.
• Review and formulate responses to demands concerning bodily injury and property damage.
• Handle negotiations adeptly in both pre-litigation and active litigation phases.
• Ensure all legal suits are managed timely and efficiently, adhering to all statutory requirements.
• Conduct mediations, depositions, and trials, demonstrating strong litigation skills.
• Oversee and manage a team of attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and client advisors, ensuring effective collaboration and professional growth.
• Maintain meticulous records and reports on case progress and management.

Requirements:

• Must hold a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Must be a member in good standing with the Georgia State Bar.
• Membership in a neighboring state’s bar association is preferred.
• A minimum of three years tenure with previous law firms, with demonstrable experience handling complex legal cases.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree required.

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the Georgia State Bar.
• Additional certifications or membership in neighboring State Bars are preferred.
