• Participate in CFIUS and national security regulatory matters.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in customs matters and trade remedies.
• Experience with export control and sanctions valued but not required.
• Strong verbal, analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills.

Education

• Excellent academic credentials required.

Certifications

• Relevant legal certifications preferred.

Skills

• Ability to provide strategic legal advice on international trade matters.
