Duties

• Manage day-to-day litigation cases.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.

Requirements

• Law degree (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association in Texas.
• 3+ years of experience in personal injury or auto liability cases preferred.
• Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
