Duties

• Provide legal support for regulatory, legislative, litigation, and transactional matters in the energy sector.
• Represent energy companies and large industrial users in negotiations and power purchase agreements.
• Advise on the regulation of utilities at both state and federal levels.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Experience in litigation, regulatory, and legislative matters for the energy or extractive industries.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid authorization to work in the U.S.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)
