Will assist in entity Formations. Articles of Amendment. Dissolution or Withdrawals. Mergers. Certificates of Good Standing. DBA (renewals, registrations, and filings). Trade name securement. Foreign and domestic qualifications. Annual reporting. Stock retirement procedures. Registered Agent and Resignation Process. Guam, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands Qualification and Licensing Requirements. International Business License Research.
