  • Assist in appellate court processes, including brief writing and presenting arguments.
  • Develop and implement creative marketing initiatives to expand the practice.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in land use and environmental law.
  • Admission to the Connecticut Bar and federal and state courts.
  • Experience working with local, state, and federal agencies in land use and environmental matters.
  • Experience with administrative appeals and real estate-related litigation.
  • Strong background in appellate court processes and brief writing.
  • Associates, counsel, and partner-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the Connecticut Bar (required).
