The candidate will identify the options available to clients and assisting in achieving the successful outcomes for their legal matter. Work closely with one or more attorneys to prepare correspondence, memoranda, trial notebooks, gather documentary evidence, prepare exhibits, and offer pivotal support during trial time. Work well with senior and associate attorneys, other paralegals, and legal assistants while meeting billing requirements. Should have 5+ years of direct experience in family law as a Paralegal. Clark County experience strongly is preferred. Experience with Clio, Lexicata or other comparable programs and G-Suites is helpful. Must have knowledge of family law rules of court and local rules and procedures for filing and lodging documents as well as filing deadlines. MS Office and Adobe Acrobat skills are ideal. Should have strong verbal and written communication skills, including impeccable proofreading skills.
